Our play facilities pose inherent risks such as, but are not limited to; tripping, falling, and bumping into objects and other children. Although we take every reasonable step to control these risks through the design, maintenance, and operation of the facility, parents/guardians recognise and accept this risk upon entry. Curiosity Corner Play accepts no liability for any loss (including theft), damage, or personal injury, unless due to our negligence or other breaches of duty. This includes the car park. In addition, children must be supervised at all times including when in the bathrooms and outdoor environment.
